SSEK Contributes Article to Coal & Minerals Asia

SSEK partner Fransiscus Rodyanto (Frans) and Bima Danubrata Adhijoso, an associate of the firm, have contributed an article to the new issue of Coal & Minerals Asia magazine.

The article looks at the Indonesian Ministry of Trade regulation on the utilization of national maritime transportation and insurance for the export and import of certain goods, and its impact on coal shipments.
