SSEK Hosts Indonesian Employment Law Seminar

SSEK recently organized an Indonesian employment law seminar on "Handling the Termination Process."

Indrawan Dwi Yuriutomo, a senior associate in the firm's labor and employment practice, led attendees through topics including strategies and tips for managing the termination process, different types of labor disputes, and navigating the Indonesian labor court.

The seminar was held at SSEK's offices in Jakarta and more than 40 people attended.
