SSEK Seminar on Labor Law in Indonesia
SSEK held a seminar on Tuesday, September 1, 2009 in the firm's new training center regarding key aspects of Indonesian labor law. Richard D. Emmerson and Johannes C. Sahetapy-Engel spoke on issues concerning the regulations affecting labor during mergers and acquisitions, and how to downsize in an economic turndown. Approximately 60 clients of SSEK attended this seminar.
