SIAC Conference
SSEK sponsored the Singapore International Arbitration Centre's (SIAC) Conference in Jakarta at the Hyatt Hotel, Jakarta, which focused on best practice for in-house counsel. Topics covered included negotiating strategies, drafting the arbitration clauses, enforcement experience and issues in the Asian region.
