SSEK Managing Partner, Ira A. Eddymurthy and Senior Foreign Legal Advisor, Darrell R. Johnson, participated as speakers for the Indonesia Investment Forum 2010 at the Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta, held before an international audience of investors and government officials.
Ms. Eddymurthy discussed the role of private-public partnerships and infrastructure development while Mr. Johnson addressed the key challenges facing Indonesia both now and through the year 2020.
The opening keynote speaker was Dr. Boediono, Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia while the Chairman of the Capital Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM), Gita Wirjawan, spoke for over an hour regarding the success and challenges with respect to foreign investment in Indonesia.
