Syahdan received his Bachelor of Law degree (S.H.) in Economic Law, from the Faculty of Law of the University of Indonesia in 2005. In 2009 he obtained his Master's Degree in Law after completing a full one year program in International Economy and Business Law at the University of Groningen, Netherlands. Syahdan is a licensed attorney and is currently a member of Peradi (Indonesian Advocate Association).
He joined SSEK in early 2005 under SSEK's internship program, prior to obtaining his Bachelor of Law degree. Since joining SSEK, Syahdan has represented both domestic and multinational companies, and has handled various kinds of transactions. He has been involved in numerous projects relating to Mergers and Acquisitions, Oil and Gas, Energy and Mining, and Investment. His main practice areas include Oil and Gas, Energy and Natural Resources, Mergers & Acquisitions, Foreign Capital Investment, Infrastructure and General Corporate matters. He is fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesian.
