Dimas joined SSEK in 2006 under their internship program after graduating from the Faculty of Law of University of Pelita Harapan, majoring in business law.During his college year, Dimas actively participated in various of legal seminars and legal workshops that were held by the university and outside university.
Since joining SSEK, Dimas has worked on the incorporation of various foreign capital investment companies along with all required licenses and approvals. He has also been extensively involved in major transactions in banking, mining and also acquisition projects for both foreign and local companies.
Aside from handling various legal corporate matters, he has also been actively handling cases in the litigation department of SSEK by acted in numerous of litigation cases, both civil and criminal litigation including but not limited to contract disputes and torts, and asset seizures before the Indonesian courts.
His practice areas include banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, mining, capital markets, foreign capital investment, foundations, intellectual property rights, litigation, as well as general corporate and commercial law.
He is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) allowing him bar admittance in all judicial courts throughout Indonesia.
