Prissa Aristianty Putri

Prissa graduated with Magna Cum-Laude honors in 2006 from the Faculty of Law of the University of Trisakti, with a major in Business and Industry Law. During her university years, she was actively involved in the student senate organization, and Trisakti's moot court.

Joining SSEK in 2006 under SSEK's internship program, Prissa focuses on oil and gas law, mining law, anti-corruption law, investment law and all aspects of corporate law.

She has been deeply involved in various oil and gas transactions, major acquisitions, mining ventures, plantations, and general foreign investment, commercial and corporate matters. Prissa assists many of the oil and gas clients at SSEK, as well as working extensively on anti-corruption issues including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).

 

Prissa has always found oil and gas law to be an interesting field of law, particularly with regard to procurement and regulatory matters. She is also a regular participant in SSEK's oil & gas and corruption focus groups.

 

Prior to joining SSEK, she began her career at a major television company while finishing her Bachelor's Degree, and joined another prominent law firm in Indonesia following graduation.

 

Prissa has been admitted to the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and is a licensed lawyer that is able to practice throughout Indonesia.


Prissa speaks English and Indonesian, and some Russian.
