Andini Hegarmanah Dewi joined SSEK in early 2010 under SSEK's internship program. Her main practice areas include mergers & acquisitions, insurance, taxation and foreign capital investment.
Andini started her law career at a corporate litigation law firm as a summer intern, while she was still a student at the University of Indonesia. She graduated with a Bachelor of Law Degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia in 2007. Soon after graduation, she joined a law firm in Jakarta where she was involved in a due diligence project conducted for the spin-off plan of a business unit from an Indonesian telecommunication company. This experience led her to join the in-house legal team of the re-established Indonesian telecommunication company. Her experience as a legal consultant and an in-house attorney early in her career have shaped her thinking which enables her to render practical business solutions for clients as well as to think as a jurist in analyzing the regulations.
She obtained her Master degree in law after completing a full one year program in International Economy and Business Law at the University of Groningen, the Netherlands in 2009. During her stay in the Netherlands she actively participated in the Indonesian Student Association.
Andini speaks English, Dutch and Indonesian.
