Fransiscus Rodyanto received his Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Economics from the University of Indonesia. He also earned an English diploma from the Faculty of Humanities at the same university.
In 2011, he earned his Master of Laws in advanced studies in European and international business law from Leiden University in the Netherlands, as part of the Leiden University Excellence Scholarship program.
Prior to joining SSEK, Frans worked at another law firm in Jakarta where he was exposed to many upstream oil and gas transactions. At SSEK, he has been heavily involved in numerous projects related to oil and gas, mining, the geothermal industry, clean-water supply, ports and general corporate matters, as well as various commercial transactions.
He is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Peradi), which allows him to practice in all Indonesian courts.
