Fitriana Mahiddin

Fitriana Mahiddin's main areas of practice are oil and gas law, mining and private power, as well as acquisitions, foreign investment law and general corporate and commercial law. Since joining SSEK in 1999, she has represented numerous leading offshore and local upstream oil and gas companies, and has been involved in major oil and gas, coalbed methane and mining projects.

 

She co-authored the Gas Regulation chapter for Getting the Deal Through from 2005 to 2009, published by Global Competition Review. She also co-authored the International Comparative Legal Guide to Gas Regulation in 2012 and 2013.

 

Fitriana graduated in 1999 from the University of Indonesia Faculty of Law. In 2004, she earned her LL.M. in International Business Law from Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

 

She obtained her advocate license in 2008 and is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Peradi). She is also a member of the Association of Indonesian Legal Consultants.
