Dimas Indartono joined SSEK in 2006 after graduating from the Faculty of Law of Pelita Harapan University, where he majored in business law and participated in numerous legal seminars and workshops.
Since joining SSEK, Dimas has worked on the incorporation of various foreign capital investment companies along with all the required licenses and approvals. He has also been extensively involved in major transactions in banking and mining, as well as acquisition projects for both multinational and domestic companies.
In addition to handling corporate matters, he has also been involved in civil and criminal litigation cases, including but not limited to contract disputes and torts, and asset seizures before the Indonesian courts.
His practice areas include banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, mining, capital markets, foreign capital investment, foundations, intellectual property rights, litigation and general corporate and commercial law.
He is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Peradi), allowing him bar admittance in all judicial courts throughout Indonesia.
