Prissa Aristianty Putri

Prissa Aristianty Putri graduated magna cum laude in 2006 from the Faculty of Law at Trisakti University, with a major in business and industry law. While at university, she was actively involved in the student senate and Trisakti's moot court.

 

Since joining SSEK in 2006, she has focused on oil and gas law, mining law, anti-corruption law, investment law and all aspects of corporate law.

She has been deeply involved in various oil and gas transactions, major acquisitions, mining ventures, plantations and general foreign investment, commercial and corporate matters. Prissa assists many of the oil and gas clients at SSEK, as well as working extensively on anti-corruption issues including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).

 

Prior to joining SSEK, she worked at a major television company while completing her bachelor's degree, and joined another prominent law firm in Indonesia following graduation.

 

Prissa is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Peradi) and is licensed to practice law  throughout Indonesia.


She speaks English and Indonesian, and some Russian.
