Indrawan Dwi Yuriutomo

Indrawan Dwi Yuriutomo graduated in 2004 from the Faculty of Law at the University of Indonesia. Prior to this, he earned a degree in physics from the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences at the same university.


In 2017, Indrawan was a fellow at the Academy of American and International Law, at the Center for American and International Law in Dallas, Texas, where he studied American law from an international perspective.

Indrawan joined SSEK in October 2008 after previously working with another prominent law firm in Indonesia. Indrawan specializes in labor law and advises clients on labor disputes. His recent experience includes representing a multinational furniture manufacturer in court proceedings related to an employment dispute, preparing a secondment agreement for a power company operating in Indonesia, and representing a European manufacturing company in a manpower dispute.

Indrawan also focuses on capital markets law and has pursued training to become a capital market lawyer under the Indonesian Capital Market Legal Consultants Association (HKHPM). Indrawan was seconded to a listed public company as an acting corporate secretary in order to advise on compliance issues with the Indonesian Capital Market and Financial Institution Supervisory Agency and the Indonesia Stock Exchange.


Indrawan speaks English and Indonesia. He is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Peradi) and can practice in all judicial courts throughout Indonesia.
