Awang Fahrizal Bahrin graduated from the University of Pelita Harapan in 2008 with a Bachelors of Law Degree, and continued his education by enrolling in the Master of Laws Degree (M.H) in 2009 at the same university.
During his studies, Fahrizal joined SSEK in 2011 under its internship program, and graduated with his Master of Law Degree at the end of the year. Prior to joining SSEK, he previously worked through an internship program at the Department of Foreign Affairs in 2007.
During his time working in SSEK, Fahrizal has been involved in various types of work and projects from general corporate law such as mergers and acquisitions, foreign capital investment law, as well as conducting research in energy and mining matters. His other interests include litigation and international law.
Having been born in New York, USA and raised in Berlin, Germany, Fahrizal is fluent in English and German in addition to his native Bahasa Indonesian.
