Tengku Almira Adlinisa

Tengku Almira Adlinisa joined SSEK as an associate in 2010 after completing the firm's internship program. She graduated from Trisakti University in 2009, majoring in business and industry law.Prior to joining SSEK, she worked at a law office in Jakarta and at PT Kustodian Sentral Indonesia, the Indonesian Central Securities Depository.

 

At SSEK, she has been involved in general corporate matters, company restructurings and acquisitions, insurance matters and M&A deals, as well as advising clients on investment, capital markets, energy and mining.

 

She speaks English and Indonesian.
