Dewi Mayangsari received her Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from the University of Indonesia in 2008. She passed the Indonesian Advocates Association (Peradi) bar exam in 2008 and the curator and administrator exam given by the Indonesian Curator and Administrator Association (AKPI) in 2011.
Prior to joining SSEK, Dewi worked at other law firms in Jakarta where she was involved in transactions in the fields of corporate finance, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, aviation, telecommunications and information technology. At her previous law firm, Dewi was a researcher for several books and other publications, including on financing for small and medium enterprises through the capital market, the Asean open-sky policy, competition in the telecommunications industry, investment in telecommunications towers and Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) regulation in Indonesia. She also took part in the establishment of the Indonesian Air Law Society (Masyakarat Hukum Udara, or MHU).
At SSEK, Dewi has been involved in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions, as well as advising on capital market and telecommunications law.
She is fluent in English and Indonesian, and enjoys reading, painting, running and swimming in her leisure time.
