Retty A. Suhardiman is a graduate of the University of Indonesia Faculty of Law (1978) and participated in the Academy of American and International Law, International and Comparative Law Center, the Southwestern Legal Foundation, Dallas, Texas (1989). Ms. Suhardiman is a member of the Association of Indonesian Legal Consultants. She is also a member of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association.
Ms. Suhardiman is a specialist in mergers and acquisitions, project financing, insurance and reinsurance, telecommunications, corporate and commercial law, foreign capital investment law, bankruptcy, franchising, employment law, and aviation.
Ms. Suhardiman has been recognized by both the Legal Media Group and Asia Law & Practice as a leading mergers and acquisitions lawyer and a leading insurance and reinsurance lawyer in Indonesia. Asia Law & Practice has also recognized her as a leading shipping, maritime and aviation lawyer.
