Deni Sri Anjayani

Deni Sri Anjayani graduated in 1991 from the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University in Bandung and attended the Academy of American and International Law in Dallas, Texas in 1997. Prior to joining SSEK in 1994, she worked in the general affairs department of a prominent Indonesian holding company of retail businesses.

Her areas of practice include corporate law, foreign investment law, trade, labor law, tourism, franchising, real property leases, and representative office matters. She is a specialist in the Indonesian foreign investment laws governing the restaurant and franchise business, corporate law, and immigration matters for expatriates in Indonesia.
