Harry Kuswara

Harry Kuswara graduated from the Faculty of Law of University of Indonesia in 2006 with a major in International Law. Prior to joining SSEK in 2010, he worked in various regions in Indonesia for USAID and Save the Children in respect of an international development project. Through this work, Harry gained a comprehensive perspective of Indonesian culture and diversity and uses the knowledge in his approach to legal work. Since joining SSEK, Harry has focused on general corporate affairs, commercial law, land and property and the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). He is also actively involved with the Indonesian Society of International Law.
