Ryan Adiputra Budiharjo

Ryan A. Budiharjo has worked at SSEK since 2010 and is a graduate of Airlangga University, where he majored in business law. He was the director of Airlangga's Asian Law Students Association from 2009 to 2010 and took part in several local and national events with the association.

 

While at SSEK, Ryan has worked on cases involving foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, employment and labor law, and general corporate and commercial matters. His experience includes helping to advise Siam Cement on an M&A deal, working with SC Johnson on corporate matters and helping to represent Geotech Airborne as part of a foreign investment deal.

 

He speaks English and Indonesian.
