Maria Shani Hapsari

Maria Shani Hapsari is a law graduate of Gadjah Mada University. She obtained her first LLM in International Economics and Business Law from the University of Groningen, in the Netherlands during 2009, where she also represented the University of Groningen at the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna, Austria.

 

Following this experience, she undertook the International Commercial Arbitration Law Master program at the University of Stockholm, Sweden, and finally obtained her second LLM in 2010. After undertaking an internship at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), she joined SSEK in late 2010. Her practice areas include arbitration, litigation, intellectual property, and general corporate and commercial law.
