Denny Rahmansyah joined SSEK in 2001 and has been deeply involved in numerous major transactions related to cross-border mergers and acquisitions, cross-border debt restructurings, banking and finance companies, plantations, private power and infrastructure projects.
He is also experienced in the fields of oil and gas, mining, real estate and property (including hotels and villas), anti-corruption, telecommunications, forestry, foreign investment and general commercial and corporate law. Prior to joining SSEK, he was associated with another prominent law firm in Jakarta where he worked mostly in acquisition and debt restructuring matters.
Denny was named by Asialaw Profiles 2011 as an "up-and-coming" lawyer for mergers and acquisitions and is an Asialaw Recommended Lawyer.
Denny received his Bachelor of Laws majoring in Private Law from the University of Indonesia Faculty of Law in 2000, and his LL.M majoring in International Economic and Business Law from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands, in 2009. In 2007, he attended the 44th Academy of American and International Law in the United States, where he studied American law from an international perspective.
Denny is a member of the Association of Indonesian Legal Consultants and the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). He holds an advocate license from PERADI, admitting him to practice throughout Indonesia.
