Rusmaini Lenggogeni

Rusmaini Lenggogeni graduated in 1992 from the University of Indonesia Faculty of Law, attended the Academy of American and International Law, Dallas in 1994, and obtained an LL.M. in International Business Studies from the Washington College of Law, American University, Washington, D.C. (1998) Prior to joining SSEK, she participated in the University of Indonesia Business Development Apprenticeship Program with PT USI Jaya/IBM.

 

In 1998, she worked as a Foreign Associate at Paul Hastings Janofsky and Walker in Washington, D.C. Her areas of practice are convertible debentures and bonds, pension funds, banking, bankruptcy, corporate matters, construction, health, private power and telecommunications, with specialization in aviation, corporate acquisitions and mergers, capital markets, intellectual property, real property leases and taxation.

 

In 2003, Ms. Lenggogeni was recognized by Asia Law & Practice as one of the leading lawyers in Indonesia in capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, shipping, maritime & aviation, and taxation. She is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), the Indonesian Legal Consultants Association and the Indonesian Association of Capital Markets Legal Consultants, and is licensed as a Capital Markets Legal Consultant.
