  • Representation of two chemical manufacturing companies as borrowers in issues related to a loan agreement entered into with an international private sector lender

  • Representation of an international syndicate of lenders, led by a prominent American banking group as trustee, in securing US$421,250,000 financing for a nickel mining company

  • Representation of an international syndicate of lenders in connection with the US$254,000,000 financing of the acquisition of shares by a privately owned mineral producer in a large copper and gold mining company in Indonesia

  • Representation of a syndicate of financial institutions in financing a major paper pulp project

  • Representation, as special Indonesian counsel, to the lenders on numerous financings and refinancings involving Indonesia's liquid natural gas projects over the last 20 years

  • Representation in the financing of a number of mineral extracting and processing projects in Indonesia. In particular, we have acted, and are acting, for a leading investment bank and lending syndicates arranged by them for the financing of several Indonesian mining projects

  • Representation of a steering committee in the debt restructuring of a major paper manufacturer

  • Representation of unsecured creditors in relation to the restructuring of a telecommunications company

  • Rendering legal services upon the issuance of bonds, promissory notes, debentures and convertible bonds by both publicly-listed and private companies
