Fernando Lintong earned his Bachelor of Laws in 2012 from Parahyangan Catholic University. Prior to joining SSEK in 2018, Fernando worked at several other prominent corporate law firms in Jakarta, and he was seconded to the Singapore office of international law firm White & Case.
Fernando specializes in banking and finance law, including project finance. His experience includes advising on merger and acquisition transactions, guarantees and financings, and general corporate matters. Fernando advised a mining company in South Sumatra on its corporate matters, which included providing advice on coal trading.
At university, Fernando helped found and chaired a debate community at the Faculty of Law. He was also involved in several national moot court and debate competitions.
Fernando is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Peradi) and is licensed as an advocate.
Fernando is fluent in English and Indonesian.
