Joseph Hendrik earned his Bachelor of Laws from Padjadjaran University, focusing on international law. In 2016, Joseph received a full scholarship from the Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education to study law at the University of Sydney, where he earned his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in 2017.
Before joining SSEK in 2017, Joseph worked at another prominent law firm in Jakarta, where he helped represent a state-owned enterprise in arbitration proceedings at the BANI arbitration center in Indonesia. He was also involved in mining projects and general corporate transactions.
At SSEK, Joseph has been involved in several due diligence projects as well as employment and litigation matters. He was also seconded to a major automotive manufacturer.
At university, Joseph participated in several international moot court competitions, representing his university.
Joseph is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Peradi).
