Karisa Utami Pangaribuan first joined SSEK in 2010. Her area of practice include merger and acquisition, foreign capital investment, real estate, and general corporate.
Karisa received her Bachelor of Law (sarjana hukum) with concentration in economic law from University of Indonesia in 2010. She earned her Master of Laws (LL.M) degree from Columbia University in New York, United States of America.
Karisa’s past work includes establishment of a joint venture company involving Japanese multinational confectionary company, negotiation of security documents on behalf of a British multinational banking and financial services company in a financing transaction to an Indonesian coal mining company, and negotiation of sale and purchase of land on behalf of Jakarta-based international school.
Karisa is a licensed attorney and a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Peradi).
