Mohammad Kurnianto Bratawijaya (Anto) earned his Bachelor of Laws from Atma Jaya University in 2012, majoring in business law. While at university, he was actively involved in various campus activities including law school competitions and legal workshops and seminars.
Before joining SSEK as part of its internship program, Anto worked for another law firm in Jakarta, where he was exposed to general corporate law matters, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and drafting commercial agreements for various real estate transactions.
At SSEK, Anto has been involved in a wide range of projects, including those involving construction law, direct foreign investment, labor and employment, e-commerce, and health care, as well as practicing general corporate law. One of Anto's largest projects at SSEK was advising investors on the establishment of a marketplace business with a total investment of US$100 billion.
Anto was also seconded to one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in Indonesia. During his secondment, Anto was actively involved in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and advising on compliance with Indonesian health care laws and regulations.
Anto is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Peradi), allowing him bar admittance to all judicial courts throughout Indonesia.
He speaks Indonesian and is fluent in English.
