Ruth Margaretha Ginting earned her Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from Parahyangan Catholic University in 2017. Prior to joining SSEK, Ruth spent almost four years at another prominent law firm in Jakarta, where she was extensively involved in a wide range of corporate matters and M&A transactions.
Her recent experience includes assisting the National Research and Development Agency of Japan in a G2G project with the Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources concerning compressed natural gas vehicles in Indonesia.
Ruth has conducted and led legal due diligence for companies in the construction, insurance and industrial sectors, and has been extensively involved in drafting transaction agreements.
Ruth is admitted to practice law in Indonesia and is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Peradi).
She is fluent in English and Indonesian.
