Wynne Prasetyo earned her Bachelor of Laws in 2013 from Pelita Harapan University, where she studied international law and graduated cum laude.
Since joining SSEK in early 2013, Wynne has been involved in numerous projects concerning oil and gas, energy, environmental law, shipping, trade and manufacturing, and general corporate matters.
Her experience includes representing multinational upstream oil and gas companies in direct and indirect acquisitions of participating interests in oil and gas concessions, advising US oil and gas companies on the legal framework for decommissioning activities and environmental aspects of oil and gas activities in Indonesia, and advising an international water infrastructure company on the legal framework for water projects in Indonesia and negotiating and concluding agreements related thereto.
During her university years, Wynne took part in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition in 2010 and the Asia Cup Moot in 2012. She also interned at Pelita Harapan’s Center of Business Law Studies as a junior researcher on a retail business law project.
Wynne is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Peradi). She is fluent in English and Indonesian.
