AIEN Asia Chapter Event – Balancing Indonesia’s Gas Equation: Supply, Security and Regional Markets

SSEK Law Firm is pleased to host an upcoming Association of International Energy Negotiators (AIEN) Asia Chapter event, "Balancing Indonesia's Gas Equation: Supply, Security and Regional Markets," in Jakarta on Thursday, October 1.

SSEK Partner Fransiscus Rodyanto will moderate the event, with expert speakers including Septian Hario Seto of Indonesia's National Economic Council, Kofah Baskoro of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi, and Prateek Pandey of Rystad Energy.

The discussion will explore how Indonesia can balance growing domestic gas demand, energy security, the energy transition and its participation in regional LNG and gas markets. Topics will include the evolving supply and demand outlook, gas pricing and infrastructure, investment in new and marginal fields, cross-border developments, and the balance between domestic gas allocation and exports.
