The guide covers the evolution of JVs in terms of structure and strategy, and the regulation of JVs to protect national security and encourage  competition and transparency. It also looks at legal developments and how the terms of JVs are negotiated and disputed, the rights and obligations of JV partners, and the duties and functions of JV boards and directors.
