SSEK Hosts NordCham Event on EU-Indonesia CEPA

SSEK Law Firm partner Stephen Igor Warokka delivered the opening remarks at a recent Nordic Chamber of Commerce in Indonesia (NordCham Indonesia) event hosted by SSEK. The session focused on the European Union (EU)-Indonesia Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA).

The discussion featured Carsten Sorensen, Head of the Trade and Economic Section at the EU Delegation to Indonesia. He provided an overview of the CEPA and its potential implications for trade and investment between the European Union and Indonesia, including provisions on tariffs, customs procedures, investment protection and cooperation to promote sustainable and inclusive growth.
