SSEK-IDCEC Webinar – Data Center Development in Indonesia: Land Issues

SSEK Law Firm and the Indonesia Data Center Ecosystem Council (IDCEC) recently hosted a webinar examining land issues in data center development in Indonesia, bringing together legal, engineering and industry perspectives on one of the key considerations facing developers and investors in the sector.

As Indonesia’s data center market continues to expand and attract significant investment, identifying and securing suitable land presents a range of legal, regulatory, technical and practical issues. This webinar explored these issues and provided participants with practical insights into the considerations involved in assessing, acquiring and developing land for data center projects in Indonesia.
