SSEK Lawyers Speak at Pertamina Patra Niaga Event

SSEK Law Firm founding partner Ira A. Eddymurthy and senior associate A. Charlie R. Malessy were  honored to be featured speakers at a Legal Preventive Program organized by Pertamina Patra Niaga, focused on “Mergers and Spin-Offs Toward Sub-holding Downstream.”

The session, moderated by Sarah A. Mongan, Legal Counsel Manager for Business Development and Corporate Matters, explored key legal considerations and practical challenges in implementing mergers and spin-offs in Indonesia.

The seminar brought together participants from across the Pertamina Group for an insightful discussion.
