- Advised on the formation of the Indonesian Oil and Gas Holding SOE, a US$4 billion deal that resulted in the creation of Indonesia’s largest state-owned holding company.
- Represented Pertamina in negotiations with Indonesia’s Ministry of Finance over a strategic partnership for the development of Indonesia’s petrochemical industry.
