  • Acted for PT Indo Kordsa Tbk, a leader in tire cord technology, in a merger with its subsidiary PT Indo Kordsa Polyester, a transaction valued at about $41 million, as has been reported.
  • Advised PT Indosat Tbk on the establishment of a data center joint venture with Indosat subsidiary PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta and BDx Asia Data Center Holdings Pte. Ltd.
  • Assisted Restaurant Brands Asia Limited, a listed Indian company that operates major F&B brands, as Indonesian counsel in the acquisition of a controlling stake in PT Sari Burger Indonesia, the franchisee of Burger King in Indonesia.
  • Advised on the formation of the Indonesian Oil and Gas Holding SOE, a US$4 billion deal that resulted in the creation of Indonesia’s largest state-owned holding company.
  • Represented Pertamina in negotiations with Indonesia’s Ministry of Finance over a strategic partnership for the development of Indonesia’s petrochemical industry.
  • Acted for Gesit Companies, a diversified Indonesian conglomerate that operates in the property, trading and services, manufacturing and natural resources sectors, in a transaction with MEA Commercial Holdings, a leading Singapore holding company that focuses on real estate investments.
  • Advised Malaysian investment holding company RII Holdings Sdn Bhd on its acquisition of a substantial equity interest in leading Indonesian logistics company PT Pandu Siwi Sentosa.
