Asia-Pacific Employment Termination Survey
17 May 2019

SSEK Legal Consultants has contributed the Indonesia chapter to an Employment Termination Survey covering 22 jurisdictions in the Asia-Pacific region.

The Employment Termination Survey is designed as a guide to termination practices and provisions. It addresses frequently asked questions such as, \"Is an employer required to give reasons before terminating an employment agreement” and \"Must retrenchment benefits or severance payments be made in a retrenchment scenario.”

You can find the Employment Termination Survey here.

All of the chapters were contributed by member firms of the Employment Law Alliance (\"ELA‚Äù), the most comprehensive network of labor and employment attorneys in the world. ELA members provide employment, labor and immigration expertise in more than 135 countries around the globe and all 50 U.S. states. They work closely together to ensure that their clients‚Äô legal matters are handled seamlessly wherever they do business. ELA provides a smarter, more efficient and effective alternative to using a single multi-national law firm.
