SSEK partner Stephen Igor Warokka was a featured speaker at a recent webinar on shipowners during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The webinar, \"Dilemma During the Pandemic: To Build a New Ship, Buy Secondhand or Charter?”, addressed the uncertainties of the pandemic and how Indonesia is being affected.
Stephen discussed proposed changes to the licensing and certification provisions of the 2008 Indonesian Shipping Law in the Omnibus Bill.
