I Gusti Adika S. Ranuh (Adika) joined SSEK in 2025 and his practice focuses on general corporate and investment matters, antitrust and competition law, and mining and environmental law.
Before joining SSEK, Adika spent six years at another prominent law firm in Jakarta, where he represented both foreign and domestic clients. His notable work included advising on the acquisition of shares in a mining business license holder and assisting with land acquisitions in West Kalimantan.
Adika has extensive experience in antitrust and competition matters, including merger filings and advising clients on issues such as allegations of exclusive dealing and predatory pricing.
Adika is fluent in English and Indonesian.
