SSEK Contributes Article on Arbitration in Indonesia to Legal Industry Reviews Singapore

SSEK Law Firm partners Mahareksha Singh Dillon and Nico Mooduto have contributed an article, “Arbitration Trends in Indonesia,” to the Singapore edition of The Legal Industry Reviews (LIR).

They examine recent developments in Indonesia’s arbitration framework, focusing on Supreme Court Regulation No. 3 of 2023 and its impact on procedural clarity and legal certainty. They also look at guidance under Circular Letter No. 3 of 2023 on the use of foreign-language agreements, and how these changes reflect broader trends in arbitration practice in Indonesia.
