SSEK Legal Consultants has organized an office book drive, with the collected books donated to Komunitas 1001buku, an Indonesian NGO that distributes donated books to underprivileged communities across Indonesia.
Thanks to everyone at SSEK, we were able to collect close to 300 books in total, including children's books and books for adults. The lawyers and staff members of SSEK understand the importance of reading and are proud to be part of efforts to help more people pick up a book.
Among Komunitas 1001buku's programs is Taman Baca Anak, which helps maintain local libraries and reading communities around the archipelago. You can learn more about Komunitas 1001buku at www.1001buku.or.id.
