SSEK Partner Speaks at IIPLA 2025 China Conference

Nico shared valuable insights on navigating IP enforcement across jurisdictions and addressing legal complexities within Southeast Asian markets during his panel session at the conference. The panel explored the increasingly complex landscape of intellectual property litigation and enforcement in a globalized economy, where innovation often outpaces legislation and legal frameworks vary significantly across jurisdictions.

The conference gathered more than 200 global IP professionals, including leading lawyers, in-house counsel, government officials, and industry leaders and representatives, for two days of strategic dialogue and knowledge exchange. The aim is to reshape global IP law frameworks and foster collaboration across private-public sectors.
