Vitri is a panelist for the session on “Best Practices in International Arbitration – Drafting an Arbitration Agreement, Constitution of the Arbitral Tribunal, Techniques to Save Time and Cost, Document Production, Use of Experts.”
SSEK recently held an Indonesian employment law seminar on “Handling the Termination Process.” Topics included strategies and tips for managing the termination process, different types of labor disputes, and navigating the Indonesian labor court.
SSEK partner Rusmaini Lenggogeni was a panelist at a recent event in Rome on “Globalization Redefined.” Rusmaini's session examined the phenomenon of capital flows in traditional “Western markets” increasingly originating in emerging markets, and asked where the next mega-conglomerate will originate and what will it look like.
