Febri Ariadi earned his Bachelor of Laws in 2019 from the University of Indonesia, majoring in international trade law. Since joining SSEK, Febri has been actively involved in a variety of projects, with a focus on general corporate law, banking and finance, and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining SSEK, Febri worked as a research consultant at a public policy company, where he was involved in numerous infrastructure projects in Indonesia.
Febri’s recent experience includes assisting on a financing transaction for a nickel mining company including legal due diligence and the preparation of transaction documents, advising a joint venture engaging in the coal mining business under a Coal Contract of Work on the mandatory divestment obligation and assisting an international bank in the assignment of non-performing loans.
He assisted with a legal due diligence on a mining company, advised several state-owned and regional-owned enterprises on financial technology matters and acted for one the world’s largest automotive companies in a share acquisition transaction, which included legal due diligence and the preparation and perfection of transaction documents.
At university, Febri was involved in various moot court competitions and International Model United Nations. Febri represented his university at the Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition in 2017 and 2018, and the 2018 International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) International Commercial Mediation Competition, where his team was second runner-up.
Febri is fluent in English and Indonesian.
