Mutiara Kasih Ramadhani earned her Bachelor of Laws in 2018 from Airlangga University, graduating fourth in her class. At SSEK, Mutiara focuses primarily on general corporate and commercial law.
Her recent experience includes assisting in legal due diligence on a mining company in connection with an offtake agreement and on another mining company regarding various compliance matters.
Mutiara helped advise a foreign investment mining company on conducting its mandatory divestment obligation, advised and assisted a foreign bank on the sale of non-performing loan portfolios, which included legal due diligence, and assisted a multinational financial services corporation in its loan arrangement to a Singapore fintech company. She was on the team acting for a Singapore financial services company with the acquisition of a company engaging in electronic money services in Indonesia, and helped assist an Indonesian company in the automotive sector in connection with a loan from a private investor.
During her university years, Mutiara participated in several international moot court competitions, representing both her university and Indonesia at the 2018 Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition in Washington, DC.
Mutiara received an Erasmus+ scholarship from the European Commission in 2017.
Mutiara is fluent in English and Indonesian.
