Fransiscus Rodyanto joined SSEK in 2011. His practice is focused on energy, including renewables, mining, oil and gas law, corporate mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining SSEK, Frans worked at another prominent law firm in Jakarta where he was exposed to many upstream oil and gas transactions.

Frans received his Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Economics from the University of Indonesia. He earned an English diploma from the Faculty of Humanities at the same university. In 2011, Frans earned his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in European and international business law from Leiden University in the Netherlands, as part of the Leiden University Excellence Scholarship program.
Frans is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Peradi), which enable him to practice law throughout Indonesia.
